The Hunter Olive Centre was created in late 2003 to tie in with our love of fine food and wine as it was realised that there was no individual place where you could taste all of the fine produce of the Hunter Valley

Since then it has grown to have over 400 products, of which up to 80 are on tasting at any one time

While the emphasis is on Olives, Olive Oil and Olive products it was realised that there are many other products that can fit into a healthy lifestyle and diet

The Hunter Olive Centre also has a selection of jams, preserves, conserves, mustards, oil dippers, Asian flavour bases, chutneys, vinegars, dukkah, chilli products and kitchen gadgets
