WORLD'S BIGGEST SLEEPOVER DATE:21st - 23rd January 2011 Location: Various Locations around the City of Maitland
The inaugural two day -World's Biggest Sleepover will be held throughout the weekend
at multiple venues throughout the City of Maitland. The weekend of
festivities will include a range of activities and events from family reunions
and school fetes through to movie marathons, dance parties, car shows and global
beats festival. Activities will be designed to suit all age brackets and
interest groups. Built upon old fashioned values of family and mateship,
the highlight of the weekend will be Maitland's attempt to break the
Guinness World Record for the largest simultaneous sleepover held in multiple
locations. Local residents will be encouraged to invite guests to stay with them
overnight and register their stay online or through various locations around the
